This policy explains what information the innovax.pk marketing website collects and how it is used. It does not govern hospital data held inside deployed Innovax HMIS installations, which remain under the control of each hospital.

The website itself is informational. We collect personal details only when you voluntarily provide them through the demo request or contact forms — typically your name, organization, designation, email address, phone number, city and message content.
We do not collect patient information, clinical records or any hospital data through this website. Please do not submit patient data through any form on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange demonstrations.
- To understand which solutions organisations are interested in.
- To improve the content and clarity of this website.
How we handle it
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- Form submissions are delivered only to Innovax staff responsible for responding.
- Where a third-party form delivery service is configured, submissions are processed by that service solely to deliver your message to us.

This site does not require cookies to function. If analytics are enabled in future, they will be used in aggregate to understand page performance and will be disclosed here.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Internal HMIS systems and hospital databases are never exposed through this website.
